We offer a 30 day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To qualify the item must meet these criteria:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase.
- New and unused in its original conditions.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Including the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return process:
- Contact our support team at support@svicher.com to get a return authorization number and clear instructions.
- Put the item back in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and paperwork.
- Ship the package to the address listed in the return instructions. Trackable shipping method are recommended.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Restocking Fees:
No restocking fees will be applied.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you with your refund approval status.
- If accepted, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card provider, times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@svicher.com with order details and description of the problem. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as we can.
